Upgrade and key rotation procedures for CARTO Self-Hosted

• Updates — apply CARTO Self-Hosted version updates, including post-change verification

• Rotating keys — rotate security keys and secrets, including post-rotation verification

Update vs. upgrade vs. apply changes. CARTO uses update and upgrade interchangeably to mean moving to a newer release version. Re-applying configuration without changing the version (also done with helm upgrade) is a separate operation. See the Glossary for the full distinction.
